SLTB Files Case Against Rajapaksa, Others

The Sri Lanka Transport Board recorded a case at the Commercial High Court in Colombo against previous President Mahinda Rajapaksa and four others on the asserted defaulting of Rs. 142 million because of the SLTB.

Recording the case through its attorneys the Somaratne Associates, the SLTB said that the respondents of the case had defaulted the installment of this measure of cash which was because of the
SLTB for employing transports amid the 2015 Presidential Election battle.





Alternate respondents named are Susil Premajayantha, Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, Gamini Senarat and Amal Senadhilankara.
