Police captured the previous LTTE aggressor K Krishnakumar (39) and N Rajendran (44) alongside R Sasikumar (25) at Uchipuli check post in July last and professedly seized 75 cyanide containers, 300 grams of cyanide, correspondence devices and outside coinage from them.
Saying that a body of evidence was enlisted against him under different segments including Passport Act, 1967 and Foreigners Act,
1946, the applicant Rajendran guaranteed that he was an Indian and not a Sri Lankan national as asserted by the police and he has his habitation at Thillai Nachiamman Kudiyiruppu in Ramnad area. He asserted that he was an angler and was not included in the charged offense.
