Saudi Arabia consented to a new trial for the Sri Lankan lady who was sentenced to death by stoning for infidelity, Deputy Foreign Minister Harsha de Silva told Parliament a brief time prior.
It was accounted for yesterday that her capital punishment was put on hold taking after a claim by the Sri Lankan government.
The administration had more than once demanded that it was investigating every single conceivable channel to guarantee the arrival of the
45 year-old mother of three.
She had been filling in as a house keeper from 2013, and had been charged in 2014 on conferring infidelity with a solitary man.
The single man was sentenced for 100 lashes.
