The Association cautions that the exchange union activity will prompt a stop of detour and open heart surgeries at the Colombo National Hospital, Karapitiya Teaching Hospital and Kandy General Hospital.
Talking, secretary of the Association - Thilak Dharmaratne said that despite the fact that they have made a formal solicitation from the Health service secretary to hold a discourse relating to a few of their requests, they are yet to get a reaction.
He added that they will fall back on exchange union activity on the off chance that they are not allowed an examination by Nov. 11.
