In the mean time, Indian National Congress Parliamentarian and previous negotiator Shashi Tharoor pointed out that the terrorists did not have the mettle to assault 'hard targets'.
"Terrorists struck vulnerable objectives: bistros, show halls,places where normal individuals thronged. They don't have the strength to face fighters" he said on Twitter.
