Jerome prone to remain head mentor until one year from now

Authorities of Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) say that they are verging on sure to be without a lasting head mentor until another board is chosen.

The games service has more than once expressed that the following SLC decision will be held before the end of January.

In this background, between time head mentor Jerome Jayaratne will probably stay in control for Sri Lanka's voyage through New Zealand, which starts in December and closures on January 10.
Jayaratne was designated after Marvan Atapattu's acquiescence in September.

Addressing espncricinfo.com, SLC between time board of trustees bad habit executive Kushil Gunasekara has said, "I question all that much that the interval panel will settle on any choice on the head mentor... Since Jerome has done really well, I don't think we would need to decide."

The site includes that despite the fact that the SLC had drawn closer two other prominent hopefuls who had shown generous interest, nor was willing to sign on months before another board would be chosen.

"No mentor needs to sign an agreement with the break advisory group, just before the board changes, also," Gunasekara said. "I think when we leave before the current year's over, the new load up will probably take the choice."
