The Additional Secretary to the Ministry of Defense Ms Jayaratne on Thursday acknowledged that fitting method was not embraced as to the issuing of 3473 arms to the Rakna Lanka and that just 89 arms had legitimate licenses while the other 3384 arms had issues as to licenses.
