Street in the middle of India and SL could be reality soon

A street and rail connection between India's Rameswaram and Sri Lanka's Thalaimannar could be a reality soon as the administration of India has requested that Asian Development Bank do pre-plausibility study for financing the task crosswise over Palk Strait in the middle of India and Sri Lanka.

A short pontoon ride used to associate the railroad lines that finished at Thalaimannar in Sri Lanka and Dhanushkodi in India, which was in operation till 1966.
The Project may be a blend of scaffold and submerged passage which may permit unhindered development of boats. As the task is in the reasonable stage, it is too soon to remark on the time bound system of this undertaking.
