Saudi Prince Held After Seizure Of Two Tons Of Amphetamines In Lebanon

A Lebanese authority says Beirut airplane terminal powers have thwarted one of the nation's biggest medication carrying endeavors, seizing two tons of the amphetamine fenethylline before they were stacked onto the private plane of a Saudi sovereign.

The authority said the ruler and four others had been kept on Monday. He talked on state of obscurity in light of the fact that he was not approved to give official proclamations.
The assembling of fenethylline pills flourishes in Lebanon and war-torn Syria, which have turned into a portal for the medication to the Middle East and especially the Gulf.

In a 2014 report, the United Nations Office of Drugs and Crime says the amphetamine business sector is on the ascent in the Middle East, with Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Syria representing more than 55% of amphetamines seized around the world.
