Mahinda's Rs. 9.4 m unpaid Hilton breakfast bill

UNP MP Nalin Bandara has uncovered that previous President Mahinda Rajapaksa's family had requested breakfast worth Rs. 9.4 million from the Hilton and not paid the bill amid CHOGM.

Tending to the "uncover" media preparation at Sirikotha, he said that previous Secretary to the President Lalith Weeratunga had marked this request rather than Rajapaksa, and was dated 01 November 2013.

The menu included Nuwara Eliya strawberries with highly contrasting chocolates, got dried out Karthacolomban with dark chocolate, cream cheddar with cucumber sandwich, sandwich with sailfish, apple Danish, pineapple Danish, mulberry biscuits.

The feast incorporated 16 organic product mixtures including bananas, orange, pears, apple, peach, grapes, guava, pineapple, enthusiasm natural product.

Then again, president Maithripala Sirisena and leader Ranil Wickremesinghe don't spent open cash to toss parties at their official homes, said the MP.
